He was very prompt in responding to the online request for an appointment and was able to find a time to come out just a few days after we requested an appointment. He was on time and super quick. He also gave some great recommendations as to how to help keep the vent clean and what to look for when it’s time for it to be cleaned again. Most of all, he was so nice and pleasant.
